I train our customers how to use our warehouse management
system. I have a training environment available that I
use in conjunction with training modules. The training
sessions take place on site.

Currently, I use old technology. I paste lazer labels
into the paper copies of the manuals where unique data is
required. Then I duplicate and shipped them to the site.
I want to be able to merge the unique data into the
documents or have seperate data packets for each module.
The reason is.... I want to publish the training
materials and data to our website. The goal is to have
the sites print their own materials. Any
suggestions??????

Both Word and Publisher have this capability, and it's very easy to
implement. The Mail Merge and Catalog Merge functions were created for this
usage. Both can create the master data set from within the program
(although I recommend Access for greater control).
