Training matrix

I have a spreadsheet of people against course names with dates that training
is due for the individuals it is applicable to as shown below.
I am trying to find out how I can pull from excel information telling me the
month due for the people who need the courses on the left hand column.

rite this is wat i need......
I have a big spreadsheet with employee names across the top and a list of
courses that have been taken and training that is required by each
individual. Some of the courses need refreshing every 6 months or 12 months.
The middle section of the spreadsheet has dates of courses completed and
dates of when they need to be done again.

What I need to do is every month pull a report of the training required by
individual name and course they need to do
