I do alot of documentation for our company and the steps needed to do each
process on software. Is there a template or a standard for "Enter", function
keys etc? Anyone have any suggestions on writing documentation?

Look in the Basic Flowchart Shapes stencil, you'll find a shape called
'Manual input'.
