tramsfering contacts

I am trying to move my contacts from my AOL address book
into my Outlook contacts. AOL does not have a function
to support exporting contacts. Import/export in Outlook
does not seem to recognize the AOL format. Any thoughts
on how I should do this. Couldn't find anything online.
