Tranfer Office XP for students to new computer/regisrtation

I have Office XP for Students on my old computer. I recently brought a new
computer and want to transfer the programs to the new computer. When I
download the CD onto the new computer I entered the product key. When it
tried to register the application it told me that the application was
registered to a different computer. How do I transfer the registration to
the new computer I brought.
