Transaction Comments and Task History

The only way I can find to get to the Transaction Comments and Task History
is through My Tasks and open the task. But My Tasks only shows tasks assigned
to the person logged on. Our Project Managers need to see Transaction
Comments and Task History for all tasks. How do we do that?

On the Task Updates page, click the name of any task update. You will see
the Transaction Comments and Task History for that task. I don't believe
there is any way to see this information for all tasks at once, however.

Thanks for that. We do not want to see the history for several tasks at the
same time. But we do waht to see the complete history for any particular
task; like you can using Assugnment Details. You're right, on the Task
Updates page I can see the history, but each entry is separate for the same
task.

I worked it out. We had the Team Member as the Resource and Assigment Owner.
There fore the real assigment owner; the projec manager, couldn't see the
task on his My Tasks page. Now he can sse it, he can also get to the history.

I'm puzzled by your reply. The Assignment Owner is the person reponsible
for reporting progress on the task, and is the one who sees the task
assignment on his/her own My Tasks page. Are you saying the team member is
not reponsible for reporting progress on the task through PWA? Let us know.
