transerfering contacts in outlook express from old system to new

We are upgrading our workstations on our network. How can I save the contact info and transfer to the new pc's without having to manually enter them?

What information store are you using? Personal Folders files or Exchange
Server?

We are using personal file folders.

Then save and reuse the PST files.
