Transfer a document from Abode Photoshop elements7 into Word

I don't know why, but a document I recorded was saved in Abode Photoshop
Elements7. I cant use this programme to download on a disc.

What do you mean by 'a document I recorded'? Word has no ability to save
documents in an Adobe Photoshop Elements file format, nor has it any ability
to open such a format.
