Transfer a Form from one computer to another

How do I correctly back up my personal created forms onto an external hard
drive or even just "My Documents"? How do I load those forms onto another
computer?
Where are the new Forms that we create saved?

Published forms are stored with your Outlook data as hidden items. To make a
backup copy, run the form, and save it as an .oft file. On the new machine,
you can reverse the process and run the .oft file, then republish it to the
Personal Forms library on that machine.
