Transfer a .pst file..

I'm running two laptops and want to create an existing account currently on
laptop #1 (Outlook 2000) onto laptop #2 (Outlook 2003). I already have two
profiles set up and running on laptop #2 therefore with an active .pst data
file. How do I transfer the Outlook folders and contents from laptop #1 to
laptop #2 without overwriting either .pst files and so that the folder
structure and contents remains separate for all three profiles/accounts which
will be on laptop #2?

Copy the pst-file to a location on the other machine which is convenient to
you and then connect to it within Outlook via File-> Open-> Outlook Data
File...
