Transfer all Outlook settings to Notebook

I often need to transfer my Outlook 2002 settings from a standalone (no
Exchange) desktop to notebook. I run a sync utility that handles the
outlook.pst file ok but we cannot find any information regarding the e-mail
accounts, rules wizard files, signatures (I have so many) .
Where are these files kept so we can sync them also.
