Transfer Contacts From Outlook 2003 to Outlook Express

I need to transfer a contact list from Outlook 2003 to Outlook Express.
Nothing I try works. OUtlook creates CSV files. OE accepts WAB files. I
tried to import from an excel format and that doesn't work either. Any
suggestions?

If you go to File-Import-Other Addressbook in Outlook Express the bottom
option says Text File (Comma Separated Values)......That's what CSV stands
for.....

I did try the Comma Separated Values as suggest by my Help Desk here however
maybe I didn't go far enough on the Import area in Outlook Express. Will try
again when I get home. I just couldn't find the CSV files on my home
computer (even from a disk) when I tried the first few times.
