transfer contacts/mail fr outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007 on Vista

How do I transfer all my Outlook 2003 information, such as contacts and
stored mail items, from my old computer to my new computer which is using
Outlook 2007 running in Vista?

Kathleen, thanks, but as I read the instructions I on how to find the PST
file it does not seem to work for me on my XP box. I can find Documents and
Settings / but no Local Settings, etc.

Make sure you unide files and folders in Windows Explorer first.

Make sure you unide files and folders in Windows Explorer first.

Right-click on My Computer, scroll to Explore. Click on Tools > Folder
Options > View tab. Click on "Show hidden files and folders." I also have
unchecked the box "Hide file extensions for known file types." Click Apply
then click the "Like Current Folder" button. Close Windows Explorer. Then use
your search function to find *.pst.
