transfer contents of outlook from one pc to another

I have a new laptop and want to transfer the contents of
my Outlokk from my present PC to the new PC. I purchased
PC Relocator Ultra Control, but somehow can't achieve what
I want without bringing problems from the old PC to the
new PC. Any suggestions? What am I missing in the process?
