Transfer Custom Toolbars from Desktop to Laptop

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

I am using Entourage 2008 on my Desktop and on my MacBook Pro. When I am on the road, I copy the full database in the User Folder over to the MacBook. I have done quite a bit of customization of the toolbars, but unfortunately this does not transfer with the database folder. Is there a way to transfer the toolbar setup (and possibly custom shortcuts etc) to the laptop without repeating all steps manually?

I'm just guessing, but try copying over
~/Library/Preferences/com.microsoft.Entourage.plist.
