Transfer Data from Access to Access

Is there a way to build a ASP page that would transfer the data from one
Access DB to another Access DB on a remote server. Both DBs are exactly the
same structure. I have a backup server and I want to make sure that the
information is always up to date.

Since there may be a lot of data, the best way may be to build a batch file
which runs at prescheduled times and ftp's the file from one server to
another.
A typical ftp script might look something like:

open www.mydomain.com
UserName
Password
bin
cd C:\MyFolder
put "database.mdb"
quit
