transfer data

Hello -

I need assistance with transfering data from a spreadsheet
using Microsoft Works 4.0 on a Mac to Excel 2000 on a PC.
Is there any way that can be done?

I am trying to trasfer the data so there is no need for
data entry which will take weeks. HELP

I am also going to need to do the same with a database on
Microsoft Works 4.0 to Access. Mac to PC.

Hi

If you have Works 4.0 then save your works file using one of the formats
that are shared in common with Excel, such as SLYK, DIF or CSV.
