Transfer email accounts to new machine

Is it possible to transfer all my email account settings from my old
computer to the new one?
The old one is running Office 2003 under XP Pro, the new Office 2007 under
Vista Ultimate 32 bit.

In my opinion, there's no good way to transfer account information.
Moreover, I think it wiser to create account data from scratch when
transferring to a new PC.

It's conceivable that Windows Easy Transfer might be able to do the job, but
it seems to cause its share of trouble, so I wouldn't use it, myself.
