Transfer email message from Windows Mail to Outlook 2003 after Win 7upgrade

Just upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista. The upgrade went well, no
problems at all. Under Vista, I was using Windows Mail. Windows 7 does
not have a mail client, but I already have Microsoft Office 2003
installed on this computer, and would like to import my Windows Mail
into Outlook 2003. Problem is, I cannot export my message from Windows
Mail because it does not run under Win 7.

How can I import my messages into Outlook 2003?
