transfer email to a folder or delete

Outlook 2007 won't allow me to move emails to a folder or delete them. Error
message reads:"Errors have been detected in file
C:\Users\Les\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst. I have tried to use
repair function from original disk and reloaded from the beginning but both
without success.

Repair function; you mean Office Diagnostics?
Search , to include hidden for scanpst.exe and run it against your outlook
data file (outlook.pst), with outlook closed
(scanpst.exe is the 'inbox repair tool')

You've already run SCANPST? You may have to run it multiple times to
get the problems resolved (if they can be).

Do you have a backup of your PST file?
