Does anyone have any suggestion on how to transfer emails for different users?
I am using Microsoft Outlook for XP, when I create a new user, and would
like to transfer all emails from existing account into new user account, I
find the folder Outlook under Local Setting for different users, can I simply
copy this folder into different directory? and then under Microsoft Outlook,
open the Outlook.pst for personal folders. Will it work? By the way, once I
open any Outlook.pst, it will define under personal folders directory, can I
change the name for this directory?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
