Transfer EULA to third party

Hi

I wish to transfer my Microsoft Access software to a third party. According to the End User License Agreement, I can do this but I am unable to find information anywhere on how to acheive the transfer. Does anyone have any knowledge of how this is done

You give them all the original stuff: CD, Manual, etc. Make sure the CD key
is on the CD case.
