transfer macros+spell check

Is there a way to copy or export macros and spell check
from one computer to another even differt versions of
Word???
And how??
I have upgraded to a new computer and use word daily and
have added numerous items in macros and spell check and I
wanted to add to my new set-up.
What ever help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Macros will be in your Normal.dot template, if you haven't
specifically instructed Word to place them somewhere else.

Search your drive for *.dic files to find your
dictionaries.

Both can be copied to another installation.

you should also find an article on mvps.org/word about what
kinds of things are stored where, and how to migrate them.
