transfer MS project to other machine

I've installed MS project 2002 on one of my employee's PC.
However, he's not resposible for the MS project anymore, I
want to uninstall from his PC and reinstall on the other
PC. The activation process doesn't allow me to do that.
What should I do to make it happen?
