I have an academic license for Office2kPro. After I
graduated, I purchased a retail license for Office XP Pro
for myself. I would like to give the academic license to a
current college student (support starving students!). Is
that allowed?

The following MS Web Page should answer all your questions. The short answer,
unfortunately, is NO.

Then the question begs... as a non-student, am I entitled
to use the Academic License I purchased when I was a
student?

MS's answer to that will probably be 'No' as well, but it
makes a neat thought question for legal nuts.

I didn't make the rules. I'm only trying to help, but if you read the page I
cited it will answer your questions. Watch the line wrap.
