transfer of contacts

I would like to copy the contents of my personal contacts
folder to my home, because I recently had a crash and lost
all my addresses in my outlook express address book. Is
there a way to transfer my personal contacts folder from
Microsoft outlook, which is what I use at work to my home
email address book which is outlook express?

The two programs are not related. You would need to export your Outlook
Contacts Folder to a format OE can use for importing. CSV seems to work best
for most users.
