Transfer of Contacts

I copied my Outlook .pst file from my PC to my laptop.
When trying to send a message on my laptop, I click
the "TO:" button to enter a contact and I get the
following error message: "This Address Book could not be
displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this list
could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted,
or you do not have permissions. For information..see
Microsoft Outlook Help." My Contacts show up in the
Contacts folder of the laptop but I can not access them.
How do I solve this problem so I can get my Contacts on
the laptop working?

Probably need to right click the folder, choose properties and on the
Outlook Address Book tab, select "Show this folder blah blah blah..."
