transfer of licensed Office XP to larger replacement hard disk

My hard disk (80 GB) showed first signs of failure.
Now I purchased and installed a 120 GB disk drive from
Seagate. I used their Wizzard utility to transfer all
files. Now all Office XP Pro programs dropped their icon
and a message box tells me that I should 'repair'...
However, repair doesn't work and neither does un-install.

Any suggestions on how to re-commission Office?
