Transfer of Macros

I am transferring data to a new computer and don't know
how to transfer my existing Word settings to the new
system.

In particular I have complex Macros and Autocorrect lists
which I would like to transfer rather than re-write.

I'm sure there must be an easy way!

Have you tried the Organiser, found in Tools|Macro|Run
Macros, in the next window chose Organiser.
