Transfer of Microsoft Outlook Contacts to another computer

How can I tranfer my list of contacts from Outlook on my
desktop PC to Outlook on my laptop ? It doesn't let me
copy the list onto a CD for some reason ???

Some help would be greatly appreciated !!

File->Import and Export->To a File->Personal Folders File->Browse to the
location where you want to export your contacts->create a file name->select
Contacts.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
