transfer of outlook data from one computer to another

I have recently purchased a laptop and would like to
tranfer my outlook data and files from my desk PC to my
laptop. Both machines use Windows XP and outlook 2003.
Please advise how to do this without loosing data.

What kind of accounts are you using with Outlook?
