Transfer of Ownership?

I've looked everywhere for the transfer of ownership information. I've gone
online with Microsoft and they kick me to product activation that knows
nothing. Legally my license agreement allows for transfer of ownership I
believe.

I am trying to sell and transfer ownership of Microsoft Office XP retail
upgrade as I upgraded to a full version of 2003. There has to be a way to
do this.

If Microsoft was so worried about Piracy you think they'd make the documents
available to facilitate the legal transfer of software...geesh.! Can anyone
help?

The license agreement (EULA) is available in the Help menu of each Office application. You generally cannot sell an upgrade you
purchased as a standalone as the upgrade pulls into the license the qualifying product you used (either Office 97 or Office 2000),
but you could transfer all media/CDs of both the upgrade and the qualifier as a set.
