Transfer of UML Models from Visio to Rational Rose

Hi -

Can anyone tell me if Visio supports transfer of data models to Rational
Rose and vice versa? Do you need a 3rd party add-on? Does Visio support XMI
and if so how can I create an XMI stream from a Visio UML model?
