transfer office 2003 profiles to office 2007

Have searched, but found dead ends.

Is there a way to backup a user's office 2003 profile and import the
settings/preferences into office 2007? It would be great if the OPS files
created by Profile Wizard could be used.

Not possible, AFAIK...
