When restoring an archive a brand new workspace is created with a
different ID. It's not a mean for simply transferring data from one PC
(or user profile) to another.

To get your workspaces (using the "get workspace" option) the following
should be true:
- your workspace should be shared with at least one other person or PC
- the other person or PC should be connected when you try to get the
workspace.
- the workspace size should not exceed 2GB.

If above conditions are met, you may want to cancel the downloading and
initialize it again. This often helps.

Best regards,
Jan

Hi Towsif,

If the conditions are met, and downloading is blocked or did not
initialize, then select the workspace to download and in the "common
tasks" click "cancel download". Once done, you click "Get workspace"
to reinitialize the downloading.

You may also want to check whether Groove communicates at all. For
this, send an instant message to a colleague.
If the message status remains "waiting to send", you may need to check
your firewall settings and in some cases settings for antivirus software
(e.g. NOD32 antivirus software requires you to define Groove.exe and
GrooveMonitor.exe as exceptions).

Best regards,
Jan
