Transfer Outlook 2000 addresses and folders to new computer

I purchased a new laptop and want to transfer my data
(folders and addresses) in outlook to the new computer.
My old laptop does not have a writable cd only floppy.
Is there an easy way short of emailing all the files in
the folder and retyping the addresses?
