transfer outlook 2003 addresses and message from laptop to other

I started using Outlook 2003 on a cruise on my a laptop but I am now back at
my home computer. I am trying to get the file categories, mail, and addresses
transferred from the laptop to my office computer. I tried to use a stick to
download and then put in the program on my home computer but that didn't
work. Is there anyway to get all Outlook resettled into my home computer or
am I stuck with two seperate outlooks, one on my laptop and an older one on
my home computer?
