Transfer ownership of Calendar items

How do I transfer ownership of calendar entries from one person t
another? The person that originally set up a bunch of Calendar entrie
is no longer with the company, and the replacement staff person need
to take over the role...

I've looked around at a bunch of places and resources, but have come u
empty-handed! Any suggestions out there?

- Exchange Server v5.5 (SP 4)
- Outlook 98
