Transfer Ownership?

How can I do an official transfer of ownership of
Microsoft Office? Is there a form or anything, or do I
just give it to someone else?

AFAIK, there is no form to fill out, but here are two very important things
to do:

1. Include all original packaging, particularly the cd cases or sleeves
which contain the CD Key. The new owner will not be able to install the
product without that.

2. If this version of Office is an Upgrade; i.e., one which requires a
previous version of Office or some other qualifying product in order for you
to install it, you must include the CDs or diskettes for that older
qualifying product as well.
