Transfer pdf file to Outlook Notes section?

Every year, I get a .pdf file of about 1600 entries that I have been
transfering to Outlook Contacts one at a time by copying the .pdf record and
pasting it into the Notes box on Outlook.

Then I cut and paste the data from the .pdf record in into the "Notes"
section of my Outlook Custom form.

I doubt if there is anyway to identify the fields in the .pdf record to
transfer directly into the Outlook form, but is there a way I could copy all
1600 .pdf records into 1600 new Outlook Custom forms?

Not unless you can find a programming library to read the data from the ..pdf file.

Or, did you mean as attachments?
