Transfer Phone Numbers

[Outlook Contact Transfer Problem]

Hello;
I copied my phone files from an old computer to a file folder.
I am using Vista now and I can not import them because
they are not in .pst format.
When I open them up they open in their individual Outlook "box"
but when I try to copy and past to my new outlook it doesn't work.
I have about 99 numbers I am disperate to get on my new computer.
Can someone help me?

"Phone files?" What are those? What format are they in? What program were
you using before?
Open Outlook's Import Wizard to see what file types you can import. If the
files aren't in one of those formats, convert them.
