Transfer ProjectServer DB to QA Server

I've transferred ProjectServer DB to my QA Server. I've gone into the Admin
tab and redirected WSS to this server.

What's the best method to transfer the Project Teamsites/Documents, etc. to
the QA server? Is it simply a matter of transferring the PROD content DB to
QA Server?
