transfer pst folders to exchange without breaking links

I joined a domain on a SBS 2003 server with a computer that was being used as
a stand-alone up to this point and using Outlook 03. Now that an Exchange
mailbox has been created, how can I move all of the folders of the pst to the
exchange mailbox without losing the links within the folders. I know
import/export process will not work because the process breaks the links.
