I have one table with this structure :

Trailer Number Text
Invoice Number Text

Action Taken Text
Notes Text
Than I create a form to impute daily information but I
want if the Action Taken (Combo26) is RTS after insert the
Notes the person click in RTS bottom them the database is
save the record in the table and copy the Field's Name (
for this record ) for another table but only the field's
that has in this another table ( RTS table ). The bottom
that I create call a macro RTS Transfer with this
structure 1. Save 2. OpenQuery and the Query has the
function to Append the information to RTS table what
happening is after I click in the bottom the function copy
all record for RTS and I only want the record the I am
working.
Any Ideas
