Transfer selection from treeview to linked customer table

Hi,

I would like to transfer my selection in a treeview to a
field in a other table, which is linked to my customer
table by customer_ID.

I can transfer it to a txtField but now I want to transfer
it to a field as a new record for that customer.
So if I close the database en reopen it and go to the
involved customer, I have to see the selections I made
before and also be able to change them with other
selections or add some more.

Does anyone has any idee how to do this.?
