transfer student and teacher to another PC

Sorry if this has been asked a hundred times before but:
I have Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers Version 2002. Still got
all the packaging and disks etc. I want to transfer it to a new PC and junk
the old one. What steps do I need to take to enable me to activate this on
the new PC (it's not a portable)?

are you removing it from the other computer? if so, just follow the steps in
the activation wizard - it'll probably tell you to call a phone number to
activate.
