Transfer Table from one location to another

Hello,

I have an access table at one of our stores that is capturing data. I would
like to transfer on a weekly basis this database to our headquarters. They
connect to us through terminal services. They have a dsl modem. In
addition, we set up the laptop at the store that has the access database as a
terminal server and can access their data this way. I don't know if terminal
server is relevant to this but I want to find a way to copy their database
and paste it in a location here at our headquarters. We would simply
overwrite their database every time on our server.

What is the best way to transfer a database from one location to another
given the fact that we are not networked directly.
