Transfer telephone contacts from mobile to pc?

I am trying to transfer my telephone contacts from my mobile phone to my
laptop. I would like to put the contact numbers in Excel spreadsheet as I
don't think I have proper access to Microsoft Contacts.

I have a lead that goes from my mobile into my laptop, but I don't know how
to do this, if I need any programmes to help me do it or how!!!?

I would also like to transfer pictures and voice recorder stuff over to my
laptop as well.

Can someone please help me?

There is usually a program for the phone which takes care of all details...
You may search based on your phone model...
Nokia has Nokia PC Suite 7.0 for this purpose available for free download on
the web.

Forgot to add this -
When you connect the phone to your computer, does the hardware wizad starts
and installs the necessary drivers? If yes, then you may see your phone as an
external drive in Windows Explore (assuming you are not on MAC) and you can
simply copy/move files on the phone.
