Transfer text file

Steve.

I am trying to use the Tranfer Text function in a Macro. I have file
C:Test.txt , but when I run the macro I get the error msg - Cannot Update.
Database or Object is read only. The file is a text file with the data in
the same order as the database.

I am also having this problem. I am attempting to export a small table in
Delimited format so I can upload to a website. I have my specifications
setup and my path is correct. What am I missing?

What name are you trying to use for the file? Access is limited in terms of
what extensions it will allow.

While the following KB articles only mention reading, the information
applies equally to writing:

You Import Files

Not Recognize
