Transfer the Outlook data from desktop to laptop

Hi,

How can I transfer ALL Outlook data from my desktop to my laptop with an USB
cable? I meant Outlook contacts, inbox, outbox and the calendar. I am
running on Outlook 2003.

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
